Description

Lead technical execution and management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build automations in Automation Studio using SQL, Send Email, and Import/Export activities.
• Develop customer journeys using entry sources and flow activities in Journey Builder.
• Create sendable Data Extensions in Contact Builder and Email Studio.
• Construct emails from scratch using Content Builder templates.
• Execute testing for emails, automations, and journeys across UAT and Production Business Units.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder.
• Deep knowledge of Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
• Experience with Contact Builder and managing Data Extensions.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of APIs.
