Description

You will lead technical execution and automation within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build complex automations in Automation Studio using SQL, Send Email, and Import/Export activities.
• Develop customer journeys using Journey Builder with various entry sources and flow activities.
• Construct emails from scratch using Content Builder templates.
• Create and manage sendable Data Extensions within Contact Builder and Email Studio.
• Execute testing for emails, automations, and journeys across UAT and Production business units.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder.
• Deep knowledge of Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
• Experience working within Contact Builder.
• SFMC Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of APIs.
