Description

Architect and deploy scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions integrated with FSC, Data Cloud, and Tableau.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable SFMC solutions integrated with FSC, Data Cloud, and Tableau.
• Build and manage data pipelines from Snowflake, FSC, and Data Cloud for email and SMS channels.
• Develop complex journeys using AMPScript, SQL, and Workflow integrations.
• Coach technical teams on journey development, SMS campaigns, and data modeling.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize email/mobile performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in email development, audience management, and marketing automation.
• 3+ years as a SFMC Technical or Solution Architect.
• Deep proficiency in Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Personalization.
• Strong SQL, AMPScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, FSC, and core CRM data models.
• Proficiency in A/B testing, segmentation, and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, AEM) and web analytics (GA, Adobe Analytics).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI models, Agentforce, and Einstein features.
• B2C marketing experience, preferably in consumer finance.
• Ability to build Tableau or Power BI dashboards for attribution metrics.
