Description

You will lead Pardot implementations and integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement with core Salesforce CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end marketing processes, including campaign creation, lead generation, scoring, qualification, and closed-loop reporting.
• Develop integration solutions using MCAE/Pardot APIs to connect marketing data with Salesforce CRM.
• Manage and troubleshoot sync processes, addressing limitations and data integrity issues between Pardot and Salesforce.
• Ensure deep understanding and proper handling of marketing data shared between MCAE/Pardot and Salesforce environments.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Salesforce CRM.
• Proven ability to configure lead scoring, qualification rules, and distribution logic.
• Experience designing email, web, and social campaigns within the MCAE platform.
• Technical knowledge of API usage for custom integration solutions.
• Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad with shift timings from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST.
• Immediate availability with a notice period of less than 2 weeks.
