Description

You will architect and implement multi-channel campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on Journey Builder and Personalization tools. You will design personalized customer experiences across email, web, and mobile channels while integrating SFMC with external systems to centralize customer data.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute personalized customer experiences across email, web, and mobile channels.
• Integrate the SFMC platform with external systems to centralize customer and prospect data.
• Maintain site mapping to reflect updates on internal client websites.
• Develop behavioral analytics and integrate data ingestion systems using machine learning capabilities.
• Train internal teams on platform best practices and technical techniques.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically Journey Builder and Interaction Studio.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Strong development experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or .NET.
• Technical understanding of SFMC data extension architecture.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web development.
• Familiarity with RESTful networking and Git/GitHub.
• Understanding of object-oriented and functional software design.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and security best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
