Description

You will architect and implement multi-channel campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on Journey Builder and Personalization tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design personalized customer experiences across email, web, and mobile channels.
• Integrate SFMC with external systems to centralize customer and prospect data.
• Maintain site mapping for internal client website updates.
• Develop behavioral analytics and integrate data ingestion systems using machine learning.
• Train internal teams on platform best practices and technical techniques.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically Journey Builder and Interaction Studio.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Strong development experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or .NET.
• Technical understanding of SFMC data extension architecture.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web development.
• Familiarity with RESTful networking and Git/GitHub.
• Understanding of object-oriented and functional software design.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and security best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
