Description

You will own the implementation and monitoring of the full lifecycle for email and messaging campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch emails and messages within Marketing Cloud as required.
• Design necessary assets, including identifying response-driving photo imagery.
• Analyze email reports to identify trends and inform future strategy.
• Guide junior developers on SFMC development activities.
• Document and maintain system processes, reporting issues and making recommendations to the project team.

Required Skills

• 6-7+ years of IT experience, with 3-4+ years specifically on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Good working knowledge of the SFMC platform and core email marketing concepts.
• Experience writing moderately complex SQL queries.
• Knowledge of at least three SFMC modules (e.g., Email Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Automation).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SSJS, and Amp Scripting for email development.
• Experience with email testing and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Salesforce best practices for marketing automation.
• Ability to work with a high degree of independence.
