Description

Lead the commercial enterprise migration of email campaigns and integrations from Adobe to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile development of the project roadmap, establishing milestones and progress metrics.
• Manage the lift and shift of recurring, triggered, and Message Center campaigns from Adobe to SFMC.
• Track the migration of existing engagement data, reports, and dashboards.
• Coordinate between implementation partners and internal teams to mitigate bottlenecks and resolve issues.
• Lead regular steering committee meetings and deliver summarized executive-level status reports on project health, financials, and technical direction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading commercial enterprise Salesforce Marketing Cloud migrations or implementations.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Campaign or other email systems such as HubSpot, Litmus, Oracle Cloud, or Constant Contact.
• Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and the software development life cycle.
• Experience managing project schedules, risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
• Experience presenting to key project stakeholders and managing project budgets.
• Ability to work with offshore teams and local support staff.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within digital agencies focused on enterprise commercial clients.
• Familiarity with the broader Adobe ecosystem and Analytics.
