Description

You will own the quality assurance process for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, ensuring data integrity and API reliability across Agile and Waterfall frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Test SFMC modules including Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Journey Builder.
• Execute testing against SOAP and REST API endpoints using strong SQL querying skills.
• Validate data integrity and application logic within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Apply QA methodologies in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve test coverage.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of QA experience with expertise in API and Web Services testing.
• Mandatory Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.
• Proficiency in automation tools: JUnit, Rest Assured, SOAPUI, and Postman.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, XSD, and XPath.
• Working knowledge of MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform.
• Exposure to DevOps tools including CI/CD, Git, Bitbucket, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AMPScript.
