Description

You will own quality assurance for Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Test SFMC modules including Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Journey Builder.
• Validate data integrity and execute tests against SFMC APIs and Web Services.
• Apply testing practices within Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Document test results and track defects through resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of QA experience, with specific focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.
• Expertise in API and Web Services testing using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks: JUnit, Rest Assured, SoapUI, and Postman.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, XSD, and XPath.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and querying.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Git, Bitbucket, Maven, and Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Experience with MUnit for Salesforce testing.
