Description

You will build and maintain the digital marketing infrastructure using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud infrastructure for digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrations between SFMC, data sources, and customer engagement platforms.
• Develop and manage automated marketing workflows and AI-driven personalization using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Orchestrate consistent campaign delivery across email, SMS, web, social, and mobile app channels.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using SFMC Analytics and Data Cloud insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in marketing technology, focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with SFMC components: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Data Cloud for data unification and segmentation.
• Strong experience implementing REST/SOAP APIs for SFMC customization and integration.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce CRM and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, or related field.
