Description

You will migrate and optimize automation processes within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to improve campaign execution for retirement initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Migrate outdated automations into modern SFMC Journey Builder setups.
• Analyze current automation processes to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
• Design, build, and optimize complex customer journeys within SFMC.
• Implement workflows that reduce execution times and improve audience targeting.
• Streamline campaign workflows to enhance the experience for retirement customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven ability to design and build customer journeys.
• Experience with SFMC automation and workflow optimization.
• Skill in analyzing processes to reduce execution times.
• Ability to manage and implement complex workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
