You will design and build effective marketing solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Responsibilities
Build and manage multi-channel campaigns, customer journeys, and automations using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio.
Create and manage data extensions, audience segmentation, and subscriber lists for targeted communications.
Develop dynamic content, personalization logic, and A/B testing strategies to optimize engagement.
Configure advanced personalization and automation using AMPscript, SQL, and HTML.
Generate reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and user engagement.
Required Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
Experience with AMPscript, SQL, and HTML for customization.
Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and campaign reporting.
Familiarity with multi-channel campaign execution (mobile, SMS).
Experience working within Agile methodologies using Jira.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred Skills
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Administrator certification.
