You will design and build effective Marketing Cloud solutions by gathering requirements from business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Build and manage multi-channel campaigns, customer journeys, and automations using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio.
Create and manage data extensions, audience segmentation, and subscriber lists for targeted communications.
Develop dynamic content, personalization logic, and A/B testing strategies to optimize engagement.
Configure advanced personalization and automation using AMPscript, SQL, and HTML.
Generate reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, user engagement, and overall effectiveness.
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
Experience with HTML, AMPscript, and SQL for customization.
Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and campaign reporting.
Familiarity with multi-channel campaign execution (mobile, SMS).
Experience with Agile methodologies using tools such as Jira.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
