Description

You will design and build Marketing Cloud solutions by gathering requirements from business stakeholders and managing multi-channel campaigns.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage customer journeys and automations using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio.
• Create and manage data extensions, audience segmentation, and subscriber lists for targeted communications.
• Develop dynamic content, personalization logic, and A/B testing strategies to optimize engagement.
• Configure advanced personalization and automation using AMPscript, SQL, and HTML.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, user engagement, and overall effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
• Experience with HTML, AMPscript, and SQL for customization.
• Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and campaign reporting.
• Familiarity with multi-channel campaign execution (mobile, SMS).
• Experience with Agile methodologies using tools such as Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
