Description

You will manage and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and problem-solving for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud integrations.
• Manage the bounce management process and leverage it within an integrated Salesforce CRM solution.
• Collaborate with business and production owners to define priorities and balance workloads.
• Facilitate training sessions and publish documentation to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Document technical processes to ensure clarity and simplicity for all stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in AMPscript.
• Strong SQL skills for data management.
• Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS.
• Experience managing Service Cloud integrations.
• Proven ability to document processes and create training materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
