Description

You will manage and execute complex marketing automation workflows within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Develop dynamic content and templates using AMPScript, HTML, and inline CSS.
• Execute troubleshooting for send problems and manage import automations and Data Extensions.
• Create test Data Extensions to validate dynamic content referencing multiple sources.
• Document technical processes in Confluence and manage tasks via Jira.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise in Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio (CloudPages), and Query Studio.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Strong command of HTML and inline CSS for email development.
• Experience with AMPScript or a similar scripting language.
• Ability to work independently on technical troubleshooting and long-term solutioning.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with behavioral email platforms like Bluecore.
• Familiarity with Dynamic Content vendors such as Monetate or Interaction Studio.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, or Visual Studio Code.
