Description

Lead technical delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, managing onshore and offshore teams to empower marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions using AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SOAP/REST APIs.
• Build and manage journeys, automations, and triggers within Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Execute A/B testing and QA email builds to ensure deliverability and quality.
• Support transactional email journeys and manage email, mobile, and SMS studio components.
• Provide technical guidance and share best practices with business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years direct experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Mobile Push, SFMC API, Data Extensions, Journey Builder).
• 2+ years experience with AMPscript for multifaceted content generation.
• 2+ years experience in email coding using HTML5 and CSS3 with responsive design.
• Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and SOAP/REST APIs.
• Experience with Audience Management, Segmentation, and Tracking/Reporting.
• 2+ years client-facing or customer service experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
