Description

You will lead the technical implementation and management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring robust campaign delivery and solution quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud pages, customer journeys, and omnichannel communications within SFMC.
• Oversee the development of campaign technologies and subscription list processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Journeys, Automations, and Queries.
• Monitor campaign delivery and ensure solution quality through rigorous testing and debugging.
• Mentor team members, plan technical training, and coordinate with other teams to align efforts with campaign objectives.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Proven experience designing and implementing customer journeys and marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with SFMC Cloud Pages.
• Strong capability in SQL and Query activities within SFMC.
• Experience managing automation workflows and omnichannel communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues during campaign builds.
• Experience in technical team mentoring and grooming.
