Description

Lead the technical implementation and configuration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to resolve business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage SFMC configurations including Journey Development, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.
• Validate solution designs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support functional testing cycles through test planning, status reporting, and execution result analysis.
• Identify problem areas and recommend technical enhancements to improve business processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for SFMC configurations.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Deep expertise in Journey Development, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.
• Experience using Jira and Azure for user story creation.
• Proficiency with Confluence for technical documentation.
• Proven ability to manage complex configurations and integrations within the SFMC platform.
• Experience supporting functional testing cycles and reporting execution results.
• Any Graduate degree.
