Description

Lead technical delivery and architecture for Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, managing cross-functional teams and client engagements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical project delivery and integrate external technologies with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Design and model data extensions while managing cross-product data architecture and mapping.
• Lead onshore and offshore technical teams, conducting code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.
• Facilitate client workshops to evaluate trade-offs between configuration and custom code.
• Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposal development and participating in sales calls.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Technologies.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Ampscript, API integrations, and data migrations.
• Solid experience in data architecture and establishing data governance standards.
• Ability to architect, design, and develop advanced customizations within Marketing Cloud.
• Experience profiling marketing datasets and standardizing data rules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years); Associate's degree with 6+ years experience is acceptable.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing hybrid onshore/offshore delivery models.
