Description

You will lead the technical implementation and design of marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to design and optimize email and mobile journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Coach and guide team members through complex journey setups, SMS campaigns, mobile app notifications, and data model development.
• Execute technical implementations involving SFMC APIs, real-time marketing, and omnichannel integrations.
• Manage database integrations and custom development of journey components.
• Collaborate with technology teams and senior executives to influence architecture and delivery.

Required Skills

• 7-9 years of direct experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Ad Studio, and Audience Builder.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, XML, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and BULK APIs, including Streaming APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Content Builder and Salesforce CRM reporting & analytics.
• Competency in web protocols including HTTP, AJAX, and jQuery.
• Understanding of security standards such as TLS, SSL, and data encryption.
• Experience working within Agile delivery methods.
• Must hold Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Developer, and System Administrator certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Salesforce CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, or Segment.
• Experience with mobile app SDKs and API integrations.
