Description

Lead technical delivery and architecture for Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, managing onshore and offshore teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced customizations using Ampscript and manage data modeling.
• Conduct data profiling to define governance, standardization, and mapping rules.
• Lead client workshops to evaluate technical trade-offs between configuration and custom code.
• Oversee code reviews and mentor junior team members on Marketing Cloud and integration technologies.
• Support pre-sales activities by participating in sales calls and proposal development.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in software or marketing technology.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Marketing Technologies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud customizations.
• Proficiency in Ampscript for platform customization.
• Strong experience with SOQL and data architecture.
• Proven track record of developing and executing data migrations and integrations.
• Experience with data extension modeling and cross-product data mapping.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading onshore and offshore project teams.
