Description

You will design and implement end-to-end solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic, personalized communication strategies using AMP Script, HTML/CSS, and Server-Side JavaScript.
• Manage data extensions, execute SQL queries, and define segmentation logic for targeted campaigns.
• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external applications using REST APIs and authentication.
• Create and deploy transactional communications, including email and SMS, via API triggers and automation workflows.
• Configure and customize cloud pages for customer interaction and preference management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation.
• Strong expertise in SFMC modules: Email Studio, Interaction Studio, Data Cloud, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Proficiency in SQL, AMP Script, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Proven experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman and Splunk.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with transactional email and SMS delivery systems.
• Knowledge of customer data platform integration patterns.
