Description

Translate marketing concepts into technical designs and implementations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage end-to-end campaign journeys within SFMC.
• Configure and maintain SFMC Automation processes.
• Execute A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers to turn high-level program concepts into technical execution plans.
• Coordinate with creative teams to facilitate the email template deployment process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical marketing implementation.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) journey building.
• Proven ability in SFMC Automation setup and management.
• Hands-on experience with campaign optimization and A/B testing.
• Strong technical communication skills to bridge the gap between marketing strategy and implementation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional technical designs.
• Degree in any discipline.
