Description

You will bridge business stakeholders and the development team to deliver Salesforce and nCino solutions.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from business heads and process managers.
• Convert requirements into actionable user stories and use cases in Jira.
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing for Salesforce environments.
• Administer reports and dashboards for sales and nCino teams.
• Provide resolutions for integrated applications covering email, expense, and document management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the banking domain.
• Deep knowledge of nCino banking operating system, objects, and product hierarchy.
• Experience managing integrations for email, expense, and document management systems.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
• nCino certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with regression testing and complex UAT cycles.
