Description

You will design, develop, and deploy applications and enhancements for the Salesforce platform, specifically within the nCino environment. You own the full lifecycle of system improvements, from identifying issues to implementing stability strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing Salesforce systems.
• Identify and resolve business system issues and malfunctions to ensure operational stability.
• Implement strategies to improve system effectiveness, efficiency, and performance.
• Monitor and test system performance to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Own specific processes and act as a procedural expert for assigned modules.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Mandatory experience implementing nCino Solutions platform (Managed Packages).
• Hands-on proficiency with Apex classes and Visualforce.
• Experience configuring Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Validation Rules, and Custom Settings.
• Experience integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
• Proven experience working with Managed Apps on the Salesforce 1 platform.
• Ability to read user stories and work effectively in Agile environments.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or Certified Force.com Developer (DEV-401) certification.
• Bachelor's degree.
