Description

You will develop, test, and deploy user stories across the Salesforce platform, translating high-level designs into technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level solution designs into technical specifications for user stories.
• Own and manage the delivery of assigned user stories, including business analysis and testing.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and technical resources to meet development commitments.
• Interact with stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver assigned features.
• Ensure smooth releases with appropriate test coverage and resolve arising issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant Salesforce experience with strong technical and functional expertise.
• Expert proficiency in OmniStudio, LWC, Apex, Flows, and Visualforce.
• Experience defining tech specs from high-level solution designs based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to develop, test, and deploy code using Copado.
• Experience with business process definition and Salesforce development coding standards.
• Proficiency in Jira for project management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce E&U Cloud.
