Description

Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations using OmniStudio, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure OmniStudio solutions including OmniScript, Flexcards, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Develop complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Implement business logic and automation using Apex, JavaScript, Flows, and LWC.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, write technical specifications, and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deployments following established change management processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in OmniStudio and Business Rule Engine.
• Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools, including MuleSoft or similar middleware.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is required.
• Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant certification.
