Description

You will design, build, and configure Salesforce OmniStudio applications for the Telecom domain, leading a team of 5-10 members during implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead application implementation teams and manage end-to-end delivery.
• Design and configure applications based on specific business process requirements.
• Develop integration components using Integration Procedures.
• Execute implementations within the Telecom domain, focusing on Order Decomposition and Order Orchestration Plans.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce technology.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Vlocity Communication Cloud and Vlocity Order Management.
• Proficiency in the Salesforce OmniStudio Platform.
• Expertise in Vlocity Order Management, Order Decomposition, and Order Orchestration Plans.
• Strong development skills in Salesforce Apex Triggers.
• Experience with Integration Procedures for component development.
• Proven experience in the Telecom domain.
• Minimum 15 years of full-time education.

Preferred Skills

• Vlocity certification.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
