Description

You will design, build, and configure Salesforce OmniStudio applications to meet specific business process requirements within the telecom domain.

Lead a team of 5-10 members during project implementation, overseeing end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end implementations for telecom-specific business processes.
• Develop integration components using Salesforce Integration Procedures.
• Manage order decomposition and orchestration plans to streamline operations.
• Configure applications to align precisely with business requirements.
• Lead a team of 5-10 engineers during project implementation phases.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce technology.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Vlocity Communication Cloud.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Vlocity Order Management.
• Proficiency in Vlocity Order Management, Order Decomposition, and Order Orchestration Plans.
• Strong skills in Salesforce Apex Triggers.
• Deep knowledge of the Telecom domain.
• Experience developing integration components using Integration Procedures.
