Description

You will design and implement custom solutions within Salesforce Order Management to support end-to-end order processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop features for order capture, fulfillment workflows, inventory management, and returns/exchanges.
• Integrate Salesforce OMS with Commerce Cloud, ERP, payment gateways, and delivery partners.
• Build APIs and middleware to ensure smooth data flow between OMS and backend systems.
• Configure order lifecycle management, fulfillment preferences, and system settings.
• Collaborate with architects and product managers to gather requirements and conduct unit testing.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce core.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Salesforce OMS.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and LWC.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and the order management lifecycle.
• Knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
• Familiarity with order management workflows including fulfillment, cancellations, and returns.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications: Admin, Developer, OMS Admin, or OMS Developer.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
