You will design, configure, and support SaaS solutions focused on Salesforce Communications Cloud Order Management.
Responsibilities
- Manage order handling and lifecycle management processes.
- Implement order decomposition relationships and fulfillment requests.
- Develop orchestration plans, orchestration items, and technical attributes.
- Model technical products in accordance with product specifications.
- Support complete Salesforce/Vlocity OM functionalities through configuration and development.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience designing, configuring, testing, and supporting SaaS solutions focused on OM Communications Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud using Order Management.
- Proven implementation experience with Salesforce, Vlocity OM, or CPQ products.
- Current Salesforce certification.
- Vlocity OM certification or Salesforce OM certification.
- Deep understanding of order lifecycle, decomposition, and orchestration.
- Any graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with BSS/OSS implementations in the Telecommunications industry, such as Siebel, Amdocs, or Pegasystems.
- Spanish language proficiency or experience working with LATAM companies.
