Description

You will lead Salesforce platform architecture and drive digital transformation for CRM initiatives across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture, detailed design, and solution approaches for CRM-centric enterprise programs.
• Act as the strategic interface between business units and technical teams to align Salesforce capabilities with business goals.
• Support implementation and optimization of Salesforce FSC and Service Cloud for contact center operations.
• Design scalable solutions for customer onboarding, relationship management, and service automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with core systems, data platforms, and telephony platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience architecting solutions in Salesforce.
• Strong exposure to Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud architecture.
• Proven ability to translate financial business processes into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Apex, Flow, and Lightning Components.
• Experience with Enterprise Integrations involving Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with Service Cloud and Community Cloud implementation.
• Salesforce certification such as Platform Architect, FSC Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Application Architect.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture.
• Background in Financial Services Cloud implementation.
