Description

You will own the technical design and architectural strategy for complex Salesforce solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable solutions using configuration and code, operating within platform limitations.
• Create and maintain Salesforce architecture diagrams, including system landscape and integration flows.
• Lead the design and implementation of solutions leveraging Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, AI Cloud).
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Coach and mentor junior technical team members on best practices.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in CRM system architecture and technology implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Platform, including its data model, security model, and integration options.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to design functional and technical CRM System and Solution Architecture.
• Experience with Einstein and AI Cloud to drive intelligent automation.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking and Customer Journey Mapping.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with middleware solutions for enterprise integrations.
• Background in leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
