Description

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Builder, and related platform technologies
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and business metrics that support decision-making across the organization
Analyze data quality, perform data cleanup activities, and recommend improvements to platform architecture and usability
Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and security settings
Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving configuration, automation, data, reporting, development, and integrations
Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications through APIs and middleware platforms
Investigate legacy configurations and technical debt while identifying opportunities for optimization and modernization
