Description

You will develop and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on Service Cloud, integrations, and deployment pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions using Service Cloud.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex platform issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura framework.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud development and implementation.
• Familiarity with integration patterns and APIs.
• Experience with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, and Copado.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum project delivery.
• Experience with healthcare or payer domain systems and workflows.
• Experience with Avaya Aura and telephony integrations with Salesforce.
