·       Define end‑to‑end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards
·       Design scalable and secure solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform
·       Own data model design, integration architecture, and system landscape diagrams
·       Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
·       Act as the technical authority for Salesforce implementations
