Description

Define and own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise standards. Design scalable, secure solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud while managing data models, integration architecture, and system landscapes. Serve as the technical authority for implementation quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and enterprise standards.
• Design scalable and secure implementations using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Own data model design, integration architecture, and system landscape documentation.
• Enforce best practices for performance, security, and code maintainability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Platform development using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience building and managing complex Flows.
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs for integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
