Description

You will own the strategic direction and operational health of the Salesforce platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the Salesforce platform, aligning with organizational goals.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and reusable capabilities for scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Serve as the primary owner of the Salesforce platform, making recommendations on architecture and capability expansion.
• Prioritize and manage the platform backlog and oversee release planning for high-value enhancements.
• Oversee platform health, operational support, and issue resolution to maintain system reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform in administration or platform management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and enterprise integration practices.
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams (Architects, Developers, Administrators) and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional Salesforce teams that include Architects, Developers, and Product/Project Managers.
• Experience supporting Salesforce environments with large user communities (500+ users preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
