Description

Manage Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and lead offshore development activities in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor platform interactions and oversee offshore team activities, including issue resolution and workflow configuration.
• Execute work in 2-3 week sprints, conducting daily stand-ups with the offshore team and Product Owner.
• Own the demand backlog and contribute to product management and solution design strategy.
• Lead end-of-sprint demos and facilitate technical discussions with business units.
• Collaborate on internal system integrations involving payment platforms and other internal systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Strong technical proficiency with Salesforce platform modules, specifically Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning administration.
• Ability to create reports using Wizard reports.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools for task prioritization.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to guide both technical and business discussions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
