Description

Manage complex, cross-functional Salesforce modernization projects and coordinate between external vendors and business stakeholders.

Manage program risks and issues, serving as the primary escalation point for mitigation and resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with product managers and technical leadership.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, work plans, dependency diagrams, and schedules.
  • Track project progress, budgets, and resource requirements using enterprise reporting tools like MS Project Online.
  • Facilitate technical support processes, including architectural reviews, compliance reviews, and image acceptance testing.
  • Manage project budgets, track vendor billing, and report discrepancies to senior management.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of IT project management experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Proven experience in a project portfolio management environment involving external delivery partners and multiple software vendors.
  • Working knowledge of PMI project management concepts and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Project Online.
  • Strong issue and problem management skills, including root cause analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce implementations or large-scale software deployments.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or Theory of Constraints.
  • Power BI proficiency.
