Description

You define the product vision and translate business needs into actionable user stories for the Salesforce platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Break down high-level features into detailed, testable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage and groom the product backlog, prioritizing bug fixes, enhancements, and feature updates.
• Ensure the backlog contains at least two sprints’ worth of groomed stories to support smooth planning.
• Coordinate and negotiate dependency prioritization with other Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Take ownership of the scrum team’s output, covering UX, technology solutions, and story quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product definition and feature/EPIC creation within Salesforce environments.
• Expertise in writing user stories and conducting all sprint ceremonies.
• Proficiency in managing business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Agile Craft, and Kanban boards.
• Familiarity with both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies.
• SAFe Agile Certification or equivalent Agile framework experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint for documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience planning, facilitating, and documenting complex technical requirements.
