Description

You own the product lifecycle from vision definition through release acceptance within Salesforce environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Break down high-level features into detailed, testable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage and groom the product backlog, prioritizing bugs, enhancements, and feature changes.
• Proactively groom the backlog to maintain at least two sprints' worth of stories.
• Coordinate and negotiate prioritization of dependencies with other Product Managers.
• Participate in sprint demos, review completed stories, and formally accept work meeting the Definition of Done.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product definition and user story creation within Salesforce.
• Expertise in writing user stories and conducting all sprint ceremonies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Agile Craft, and Kanban boards.
• Significant experience with both Waterfall SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies.
• Extensive experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
• Familiarity with SAFE Agile or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong ability to communicate product vision and status updates to stakeholders.
• Experience managing technical debt alongside development and architecture teams.
