Description

You will own the Salesforce product feature lifecycle from concept through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Decompose high-level features into detailed, testable user stories with clear acceptance criteria and reporting needs.
• Manage and groom the product backlog in collaboration with UX and development teams, prioritizing fixes and enhancements.
• Ensure backlog readiness by maintaining at least two sprints' worth of groomed stories.
• Coordinate and negotiate dependency prioritization across multiple Product Manager teams.
• Own the scrum team's output, providing input on defect criticality and release considerations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and SDLC principles.
• Proficiency with Jira for backlog management.
• Ability to define product vision and communicate technical approaches clearly.
• Experience monitoring and analyzing agile metrics and KPIs.
• Familiarity with managing technical debt alongside feature development.
• Any Graduate education.
