You will lead the strategic vision and product roadmap for Salesforce CRM and Analytics within a healthcare payer ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the Salesforce CRM and Analytics product strategy aligned with enterprise payer objectives.
- Translate business priorities into a clear product roadmap, covering data modeling and advanced reporting.
- Lead platform governance, ensuring solutions meet security, compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and architecture standards.
- Oversee development of advanced dashboards and reports in CRM Analytics using SAQL, lenses, and datasets.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize high-impact use cases across Sales, Service, and Operations.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of product management or platform ownership experience, with 4+ years focused on Salesforce CRM and analytics in a large enterprise.
- Experience in healthcare payer organizations understanding payer business processes.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM Analytics).
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics (SAQL, dataflows, lenses, datasets, and dashboards).
- Hands-on understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization tools, including Apex, LWC, Flows, and security settings.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL Processes, and CRM data integration with systems like Snowflake.
- Solid grasp of SOQL and Async Apex.
- Experience implementing Salesforce platform best practices focusing on scalability and governance.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant).
- Familiarity with payer-specific analytics use cases like risk stratification or member segmentation.
