Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale Salesforce implementations and product delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and communication strategies while managing the critical path.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and resource allocation.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and provide solution recommendations.
• Track sprint progress using Agile methodologies and manage risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years specifically managing Salesforce projects.
• Mandatory Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
• Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Models.
• Experience managing Classic-to-Lightning migrations.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Master's degree.
