Description

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Salesforce initiatives, from vision and roadmap definition to launch and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, MVP scope, and roadmaps in collaboration with Product Owners and sponsors.
• Manage sprint planning, prioritization, and change requests while mitigating risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including script development, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution.
• Drive business process analysis, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption.
• Monitor key metrics and communicate project status to the PMO and Product Team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis.
• Proven experience with Salesforce product implementation and lifecycle management.
• Strong background in Project Management and stakeholder facilitation.
• Ability to act as a proxy for business knowledge and translate technical requirements.
• Experience managing UAT processes and hypercare activities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cross-functional IT and marketing teams.
• Familiarity with industry best practices for product governance and adoption.
