You define the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Salesforce-based solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features by customer value and business impact.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from idea to retirement.
• Define and track KPIs using data analytics to assess performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, including Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• User-centric design thinking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem integration patterns.
• Technical background in Salesforce development.
