Description

You own the Salesforce Sales Cloud product lifecycle, roadmap, and user adoption metrics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage product features, deliverables, and trade-offs to meet business goals.
• Define the feature roadmap and influence engineering, UX, and partner priorities.
• Set success metrics, monitor KPIs, and track user adoption.
• Write technical and business requirement documentation to bridge stakeholders and engineering.
• Design and implement new processes to facilitate user adoption and automate workflows.

Required Skills

• Minimum five years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Minimum three years of experience with Salesforce CRM and Sales Cloud.
• Ability to perform basic Salesforce platform configurations and follow best practices.
• Experience developing products within an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to articulate complex requirements and recommend automation solutions.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience with Sales Engagement, Case Management, Campaigns, Marketing Cloud, Territory Planning, or CRM Analytics.
• Knowledge of API development, data migrations, and cloud services.
